You need a solid strategy for your lead system. I see the same questions on every single subreddit, group, and community. Everyone wants to know the magic. You don’t need magic scripts. Just focus on doing what’s best for your clients. Show prospective clients the results you’re getting for existing ones, and your deal is closed.
When I started I tried a lot of things to get leads/new clients. Then I started reading about sales and marketing. After spending hours, days and nights and months (still Im a massive reader), I end up on these: (You need) Deep industry knowledge 2. Incredible skills or at least a team that can help your clients better than any others 3. Expertise on something very specific 4. A single channel for networking (any of these based on your audience Linked In, X,FB, Youtube,insta) 5. Communication skills 6. Lots of content ideas 7. Case studies
Let’s make it more simple:
You need deep industry knowledge and expertise on something very specific to your industry. A particular and small problem can help you build 6,7 figures business. So work on yourself first Know your audience and start networking. You have to choose one platform from any social media based on your audience’s activities. Then you have to create lots of content to engage them all.
Asking questions to start communication, reading other people’s posts and comments to get more content ideas and answering them through new content. This is the hardest and time-consuming part in networking. Networking isn’t mean just connecting people. You have to build a positive image for your personal brand so people can trust you. In the agency area, businesses build on relationships. So you can’t just bother people by DMing them. You have to make them come to you and ask help.
For that, you need to create lots of content. Again, content should be problem-solving, informative, questions to communication starters, case studies, stories, etc. Be laser-focused with your community, engage with the industry leaders and be part of the conversations on their comment sections.
There’s no easy way. I explained these based on my personal experience. I have been making 6 figs and now multiple 6 figures a year by applying the same method.
No, I never send any cold DMs or anything like that. All my clients I’m getting from my personal experience. If you don’t have time, then hire a copywriter who has expertise on your client’s industry, and set a VA to start their networking, monitor it, and continue the process.
So when you start networking with ideal people and create lots of quality content they will engage and get some new people asking for help. Help them and turn them into leads. For your clients with all these processes set up one or 2 more VAs for cold outreach.
I don’t do cold outreach for myself, but when you’re doing this for your clients, adding 2 more VAs and doing cold outreach with all these processes in an extra plus. Do everything whatever I exactly explained or get help from people that has expertise.
